AccuFill® is the fast, in-line solution for filling boxes in high volume packaging operations. AccuFill® is a breakthrough solution designed to optimize the use of void-fill material.

As boxes come down the packaging line, AccuFill® sensors scan the box, determining box size and the volume of objects inside the package. AccuFill® computes the exact amount of paper needed to fill the void. The FillPak® converter then dispenses the correct quantity of paper.

The result: no guesswork required and minimum packing assistance needed, leading to lower packaging and labor costs while increasing productivity.
