The innovative Pad’it!

As each box arrives at the conveyor, Pad’it! solution automatically inserts a paper-based cushioning pad supplied by WrapPak® Protector at either the bottom or the top of the package, or both. Using a robotic arm, it ensures better product protection while maintaining a uniform visual appearance within each box.

A pad at the bottom of each box helps prevent many of the returns caused by damage in transit, where 70% are caused by flat-bottom drops. Pad’it! provides the consistent protection your packing line needs. By reducing a product’s movement inside the box it also helps to prevent surface damage.

Using 100% curbside-recyclable paper helps keep single-use plastics out of the supply chain. Ranpak paper is non-toxic, biodegradable, and made from renewable resources.
